The company is great to work with. They have lots of services and options for cancellations and extra hours. Suzanna is a fantastic cleaner, she comes to my house twice a week. I really couldn't manage without her help!
Garden maintenance service
I had Mark and Lily round from this service to sort out my garden, and I have to admit, it was the best gardening service I've ever had. My garden, including the lawn, those pesky weeds, and even a massive bamboo tree, has never looked better. Mark and Lily not only got the job done speedily, but they were also really friendly and gave me some great tips for keeping my garden in good shape going forward. I'm really chuffed with the quality of their work and will definitely be getting them back again in the future.
Bi-Weekly Cleaning Services
I've been using this company for bi-weekly cleaning and I have to say I am really happy with how things are going. The cleaner who comes to my house is always on time and does a really good job making sure everything is spotless. The attention to detail is impressive and my home has been looking much cleaner ever since I started using their services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and effective cleaning service.
Home removal service
I recently used a home removal service and I must say I was really impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Angel and his colleague were absolute angels throughout the whole process. They were really friendly, helpful, and worked really hard to make sure everything went smoothly with my move. I've moved a few times before, but this time was definitely the best thanks to their amazing service. I can't thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication.
Garden clearance service
Although they completed the service quickly, I was really let down by the lack of clarity on the price. They first said it would be 200 for clearing my 70 sqm garden, but then charged me 600, which was three times more. They didn't let me know upfront that the extra charges would be so high, and I felt like they were exploiting the situation.
One-off cleaning service
I'm seriously thinking about cancelling my membership. Trying to book online is a complete nightmare - that chatbot just keeps asking silly questions. I've been at it for over an hour and still haven't managed to talk to a real person about my problem. If I don't get a quick reply, I'll definitely say goodbye to my account.
Plumber service
Terrible customer service, the representative Audrey on the phone was literally laughing at the fact I was getting charged £40.50 for rescheduling a service with plenty of notice when I realised I was going to get charged more than I had understood for it. On the previous 2-3 bookings with same company the professional simply never showed up, not giving any notice whatsoever. I had spent almost £400 in services that quarter with them, safe to say they lost a customer there with that customer experience and the £40.50 charge they absolutely insisted on. They also seem to be systematically charging for carbon offsetting and forgetting to refund you for it when the professional doesn't show up for the booked service. Reference number ...24021238ANAB

Fantastic ServicesPest control service
I recently tried out their pest control service and I have to say, I was really impressed. When I got in touch with their customer service team, they were really friendly and knowledgeable, and put me at ease. The booking process was easy and quick, and I managed to get an appointment for the next day. The pest control team arrived on time and started working straight away. They were professional, thorough, and did a fantastic job. All in all, it was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing pest control help.
Cleaning service
I recently got a cleaner from this service and I have to say, I was really impressed. The cleaner, we'll call her Sarah, was absolutely brilliant. She didn't need a lot of direction and just used her initiative to complete the job well. She not only did a great job in cleaning, but she also went the extra mile. It's nice to see such commitment and professionalism in a service like this. I'll definitely be using this service again in the future.
Oven cleaning
My oven looks so shiny and new after the clean! The cleaner was really lovely and even helped me change the light bulb in the hood. He tidied up after himself too, which was great. I'd definitely recommend this service to all my friends.
Professional carpet cleaning
I had a chat with a customer service rep called Gemma, and she was just great. She was really friendly and polite, and her bubbly nature came through even though we were just talking on the phone. Gemma took the time to explain to me how to go about booking a professional carpet cleaning service, which was very helpful. I was really impressed by her expertise and the way she handled things - it made me confident in choosing their services. The carpet cleaning guys turned up on time, did their job quickly and efficiently, and my carpets look brand new now. I'm absolutely chuffed with the service they provided.
Regular cleaning service
I've been getting the usual cleaning service and it's becoming a bit annoying that there's a new set of cleaners every week. It's tough to feel comfortable and talk to them properly when there's always new people coming in. Some of the teams do a brilliant job, but others seem like they're in a rush and miss out on the details. Fantastic Services said they'd send the same team more often, but that hasn't happened yet. On top of that, there's not much communication when teams are running behind schedule, leaving me hanging around with no updates.
Gardening Service
I just got some gardeners round to sort out my yard and I have to say, Mark and Lily did a fantastic job. They really knew their stuff, were super efficient, and just all-around professional. They not only got the job done to a really high standard, but they also gave me some great tips about looking after my plants that I found really useful. I was really impressed with how careful they were and how they were willing to do that little bit extra to make sure I was happy with everything. Overall, I'm chuffed to bits with the service I received and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who needs a hand with their garden.
Regular cleaning session with the same cleaner
I asked Fantastic Services to make sure that the same cleaner comes for my regular cleaning session, and I'm pleased to say that they have sorted it out for me. Having the same cleaner every fortnight has really put me at ease and helped me to develop a good relationship with them. It's also handy as they can help me with any tidying up before they start cleaning.
Oven cleaning service
Booking was easy, the rate was competitive, the cleaner was efficient, they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their service.
House cleaning service
Oh my goodness! Maria and Helena absolutely smashed it cleaning our house today! They were super professional and really quick, it was amazing! I wish they could come round every week to keep our house looking this amazing. I'm so excited to show all my friends how clean and tidy our house is now!
Emergency Locksmith
Initially contacted Fantastic Services for an emergency locksmith following getting locked out of my house. Two men arrived in an unmarked van with no uniforms or IDs. They looked at the lock and immediately claimed that it will need to be drilled because of the type of lock it is and that this will already be £150. Once destroyed they said that a "high security British standard lock" will be £325. They also billed for the call-out charge of Fantastic Services, which was already charged by that company. They tallied up a total of £748.80 and reassured me that I would be able to get this money back through home insurance. Finally, they charged £784.80 (switching up the numbers of the total).
Looking into this I found out that I have been a victim of what is referred to a a locksmith scam (Google it, it even has a Wikipedia entry describing this situation). We later found out that a replacement lock costs about £70-90 and that drilling the lock without trying alternative ways of opening it and claiming that it's a "high security" lock is a major red flag for a scam. The Master Locksmith's Association also states that you should not ever be billed more than £200-£300 for an emergency locksmith call-out.
While the customer services team was responsive and respectful, there was, at no point, an admission of fault or the fact that this was a scam and I was presented with all sorts of justifications for the price. After a painstaking process taking over a week and more stressful conversations with the gaslighting locksmith company called 24H Locksmith, 158 Uxbridge Road, W13 8SB, ran by a man named Christian Mihai Oltean (Company No. 14972013) that Fantastic subcontracted I ended up getting £224 back. This makes the eventual total £560, wich is less but still a very high price for what the job was and the emotional toll that all this took is not something that this compensates for.
I contacted Fantastic Services because they have high ratings and what happened was exactly what I was trying to avoid. It appears that they do not vet the companies they subcontract and then defending them in the complaint process was extremely disappointing. If they have taken responsibility for their error I may have considered a higher rating but this was beyond nightmarish in the end.
If you ever get locked out of your house take a deep breath, and then go to the Master Locksmith Association’s website and find a provider there that does emergency callouts and will give you an exact quote over the phone.Dear Andras,

Fantastic ServicesAfter builders clean
I paid for a 4 hour after builders clean which is charged by the hour. The cleaners arrived, looked round and then went to change their clothes. They didn't return for half an hour. Then after working for 1.5 hours they said they were going for food and didn't return for 50 minutes but said they would make up the time cleaning which they didn't. They ended up working around 3 hours yet when I contacted the office to complain it took days to reply and they didn't want to know.
They track their staff with trackers in the car and as the car was parked outside for 5 hours they believe they were there working all of that time when they were sat in the car for 2 hours.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY - DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD DETAILS
Their service has consistently been poor and I cancelled my membership for which I received an email confirmation stating the auto-renewal would be disabled. However they renewed automatically a year later despite having stated in writing that they had cancelled my membership. I have sent them over 4 emails asking for confirmation that my credit card details will be removed. They have simply ignored my messages. Do not let them have your credit card details - as they do not remove it from the system and continue to charge you. This is fraud.
Make sure you get your credit card company / bank to block them. Do not trust them with your money.Gardening
The team asked for the keys to the wrong house, and then complained that they could not get access to our house to do some routine gardening. No one called and I was told I would have to pay the full amount as a "cancellation charge". I have been ripped off and I would not recommend anyone use Fantastic Services given that they take payment up front and then, despite their own mistakes, cancel the service.
