    I'd actually pre-ordered a couple of things way back about 8 months ago and totally forgot about them. So then I clocked that they hadn't been sent out yet because they were in such high demand, I decided to get in touch with customer service for some help. I gotta say, Sam was absolutely amazing; he was so understanding and really went out of his way to sort out my problem. I can't thank him enough for his top-notch customer service. It's really nice to come across staff members who are so dedicated and caring like that.

    Refund Assistance from Customer Service

    I recently had a great experience talking to the messaging team on the Pop In A Box website, particularly Shaun C. I needed help with getting a refund for some items I sent back, and Shaun was really helpful and quick in dealing with my request. I gave Shaun all the info needed to check on, and they quickly sorted out the refund for me. I'm really thankful for the amazing help I got from Shaun and the messaging team.     Quick and efficient online chat support

    I was really pleased with how fast the online chat advisor got back to me. Usually, online chats can be a bit annoying because it takes ages to get a response. But this advisor was really on the ball and paid attention, which made everything go really smoothly. They didn't just reply quickly, they also understood what was going on and sorted it out for me. I'm happy with the service and now I'm looking forward to seeing what happens in the next 3-5 days.

    I've had a pretty good experience overall, apart from a few grumbles about the packaging. Personally, I haven't had any problems with it, although sometimes the pops weren't wrapped in bubble wrap. The boxes they came in were strong enough to keep everything safe during delivery. On top of that, the customer service team were quick to respond and really nice, which made the whole experience quite pleasant.

    I got in touch with customer service to delete my account because I don't collect Funko pops anymore. Njongo from the Customer Care Team got back to me fast and made sure my request was dealt with promptly. I used to buy Funko pops from the website a few years ago, and I always had a good experience with Pop in a Box. The parcels would come on time to my mailbox, and I never had any problems with the service.

    Building my pop collection

    I’ve been collecting Funko Pops, and the majority of them are from this one place. I'm pleased with what I've bought because they're the real deal. However, there have been a few occasions where I received a Pop that was scratched or not quite right. Also, many of the ones I really want are not available. Nevertheless, on the whole, I'm happy with my purchases and will continue to buy more. 😊

    Oh my goodness, I just came across this really expensive POP figure on sale for an amazing price! I decided to purchase it, but then encountered a small problem with my order.     I am a customer who recently ordered a Funko Pop figure and I have to say, I was really disappointed with the whole process. The figure I bought took ages to arrive, way longer than they said it would. And when it finally did turn up, it was broken. But I have to give credit where it's due - the customer service team were quick to reply to my messages and offered me a full refund. Despite their prompt response, the whole experience was pretty subpar.

    Just bought a few pops

    I recently purchased some pops and when they arrived, the boxes were all squished and the windows were scratched up. It seemed like they had been tossed around like a football before being shipped out. And to make matters worse, some of them had what appeared to be greasy fingerprints on them, perhaps from someone enjoying a bucket of KFC while packing my order. Please, improve your packing skills!

    Funko Pop pre-order

    I went ahead and pre-ordered a Funko Pop back in November, but to my disappointment, it never turned up. I reached out a few times to follow up, only to be told that it was actually out of stock, even though it was still listed online. The customer service team admitted the mistake and assured me it would be sent out promptly, yet it never showed up. Now, I've noticed the website has finally updated to reflect that it's no longer in stock.

    My recent order

    I've just made a purchase from this company and I've had a few problems. Firstly, all the orders I'd made before got cancelled without any explanation or heads up. On top of that, the things I did eventually get weren't sent out on time, so I wasn't sure when they'd show up. To top it all off, one of the items never arrived, even though the company said it was delivered. I never got a refund for that missing item. All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with the whole thing and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

    Funko Pop figure

    I bought a Funko Pop figure from this shop not long ago. But, I've been waiting ages for it to show up. I placed my order on the 3rd of October and it's been 6 weeks now and still no sign of it. When I got in touch with customer service, all they said was they were still waiting for the stuff. It's really annoying and disheartening, because they shouldn't have taken my order if they didn't have the items ready to send out.

    Delayed order delivery

    I ordered something from them not too long ago and had to wait ages before it finally arrived, more than a whole year in fact! To make matters worse, the fancy limited edition thing I was so looking forward to getting is now out of stock, and I haven't heard a peep about when it might turn up. The lack of updates and the long wait have left me feeling pretty irritated and let down. Because of all this, I won't be shopping with them again anytime soon.

    Unfriendly website, payment issues, expired free gift.

    I thought the website was a bit tricky to use because I couldn't filter stock availability, which made it hard to find what I wanted. Plus, I had trouble making a payment with my debit card – it wouldn't go through, but I could use PayPal instead. And to top it off, the "free gift" deal was no good because it had expired on November 1st.

    I ordered a product that was out of stock, and it took so long to figure out the problem, cancel the order, and get my money back. I'm still waiting for it to be sorted and I'm really not happy with the service.
