Great , cool and super easy to get it
The pop in a box is my fav ! there are lots of reason i love it but here is the best part, they have al DC comics characters . its so fun and i collected lots of them by now
They deliver it on time without breaking or damaging anything and the price is cool so i can buy without any hesitationPop Figures
My oldest order is now over 14 months. My current orders are being sold on Ebay and PIAB tells me THEIR stockist hasn't got them yet...THEY ARE FROM FUNKO!! There is only one outlet, and don't get me started on Zavvi...no way to complain and no way to make them do the right thing. Avoid at all costs.
Pop in the box
Absolutely terrible service and communication from this company I ordered the product in December of last year well in advance for the release date. Was told I would have this in first week of March and it’s now 6th April and nothing I have chased and emailed and nothing ! This was for a birthday present. I’m still waiting for the product now but due to the lack of response I feel the need to warn others. Please avoid
Update! I have still not received my item that should have been here the first week of March. I Would have been better off ordering from a company who was upfront and stating you would be on a waiting list. What is the point in pre ordering 3 months in advance ? They have contacted me to offer me a £10 voucher that expires in 6 months lol I wouldn’t even get it in that time if I ordered it ! What makes them think I would use them again I haven’t received the first thing I ordered. I would like a full refund please
Update so after ordering this in December for delivery in March it is now 27/4/22 and still no sign of the product, I have now received a full refund with no explanation. Please please please do not use this company they are shocking and a con your better off ordering from other places or even waiting for the shops, in the end I got this from eBay lol How can I get it here yet the claim to not be able to have themI tried to buy multiple Pop Figures
Absolutely terrible customer service. For the second time in a row I have pre-ordered items on the first day they have been available to order only to find that months later when they still haven't arrived (October to March for example) the items are showing as out of stock and when I contact them I am told they have had them in, sold out and they are no longer available despite my pre-order not being fulfilled. I cannot believe how poor the level of service is. Very unhappy son and very unhappy father here. Won't be shopping here again.
Pre order pop figures
Will never order again. Tried cancelling order as was a pre order made in November, nothing received and are now available in shops. Won’t refund my money as they say they don’t have it even though I sent proof showing it was paid by PayPal . Scammers avoid at all costs
Funko Pop Fortnite Rippley and Coca Cola Can
I ordered 2 funko pops on 24th March for my son's birthday on 7th April. Both said they were in stock and as it's a UK site I presumed they'd arrive in plenty of time for his birthday. One arrived fairly quickly (Rippley) but the other one (Coca Cola) is being shipped from America! There was no mention on the website that it needed to be shipped from America and it'd be delayed. I contacted Pop In A Box via messenger and had very robotic responses from the advisors. They were very disinterested. Eventually they offered a £5 refund but then it turned out they'd applied it as a store credit!! Safe to say I won't be using them again!! Poor customer service!!!
Two stranger things characters
I’d give it no stars but don’t have the option on here to give it just 1 never mind 0. Bought items for Xmas presents in November with release date for Dec. Still no items. Painful to contact, vague/slow replies. Release date constantly changes. Now take £12.49 for no reason from my bank account for No justified reason. Avoid.
