CBD oil purchase
I've only recently started using CBD products, but I have to say, my experience with this oil has been absolutely fantastic. The calming effects it has on my mind are really noticeable, and I've been getting a much better night's sleep since I started using it in the evenings. I'm still working out the right dosage for myself, usually sticking to around 5-10 drops each time. I mainly use it in the evenings and just before bed, and it's been working wonders for me. And I actually quite like the taste of the oil, which is definitely a bonus for me. Overall, I'm really impressed with the quality and effectiveness of this CBD oil.

I often use the CBII oil as part of my therapy plans. It is one of the things that has helped me really relax this new year. I've just bought some stuff from this company and honestly, I was really let down by the whole thing. I bought 2 bottles of oil and also a mystery bag, but then I got an email saying they didn't have the mystery bag anymore. Even though they knew this, their system still let me go ahead and pay for everything. When I tried to complain about what had happened, I felt like they just didn't care and didn't take me seriously at all. The bad customer service and lack of communication has really put me off, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I definitely won't be using them again in the future.
'Starter pack' disappointment
What a ridiculous situation! I bought the 'starter pack' with 2 bottles and was so surprised to see that they were both as small as my thumbnail and only half full! I am completely let down by the poor value for money of this product.
Discovery Duo purchase
I recently bought the Discovery Duo from this company and I was let down when I saw that the products had a really short expiry date. The tester pots I got will expire in just two months, which isn't great even for small samples. It makes me wonder about the quality control and overall reliability of the products.
Expired products
I bought some stuff the other day that was about to go off, and I hardly even had a chance to use any of it before it went bad. So I got in touch with the company for a refund or to sort things out, but they just ignored me completely. It's not on to lie to customers about how long a product will last if they're not willing to back it up.
CBD discovery duo
I was really excited to try out this CBD discovery duo from an online shop. I had been eager to use the 7-day tracker to help me along my CBD journey. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, there was no tracker included and the box was all damaged. That wasn't great. Additionally, the bottles have an expiration date of next month, which is quite disappointing. Hopefully, if I order full-size bottles in the future, they won't have such a short expiration date.
4-month course of products
I was really let down by my recent purchase from this company. The products I got only had a month left before they expired, which was a total waste for me because I needed them for a 4-month treatment. When I contacted customer service by email about the problem, they said I could send the products back for a refund, but I would have to pay for the postage.
