    Zhoosh foam purchase

    As a woman who's not as young as she used to be and has hair that's not as thick as it once was, I was really pleasantly surprised by how great the Zhoosh foam worked for me. Some people had said it wasn't great in their reviews, but I actually found that it did wonders for my hair, making it look thicker and fuller without any sticky residue. I had ordered the Zhoosh foam along with something else, and while there was a small delay in getting my order, the customer service team sorted it out quickly when I got in touch with them. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend the Zhoosh foam to anyone who wants to give their hair a bit more volume and texture.

    Volumising hair product

    This hair product I bought was supposed to give my hair more volume, but honestly, it didn't really do the job. I shook the can loads and pressed down hard on the top, but all it did was spray out a thin bit of foam that quickly turned into liquid. It was really annoying to use because it didn't give me the results I wanted. After seeing a similar review from someone else, I thought maybe I just got a dodgy batch. Luckily, when I got in touch with customer service, they quickly sent me a new bottle. The new one actually worked like it was meant to, giving my hair the volume I wanted. I have to say, I'm grateful to Hershesons for sorting things out so well with their top-notch customer service.

    Foaming hair product review

    I recently bought the foaming hair product from Hershesons, and I have to say I was really impressed with how it turned out. Despite seeing some mixed reviews online, I thought I'd give it a go, and I'm really happy I did. The product gave my short, spiky hair some great volume and texture, which wasn't really shown in the adverts. It would be good for Hershesons to include different hair types in their marketing so more people could see how it works for them. Maybe offering a trial or travel-size option could get more people to give it a shot without having to commit to a full-sized bottle. Overall, I'm pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to others with similar hair types.

    Mousse Hair Product

    I finally received my product and it was alright. Initially, I found it a bit challenging to use because it dried so quickly! I struggled to style both sides of my hair properly and couldn't get any volume at the roots - it just didn't work for me. However, I decided to dampen my hair slightly before applying the mousse and it worked much better. It wasn't sticky at all and it glided smoothly on my brush. The end result was very natural and the hold lasted a long time without needing any hairspray. Even on the second day, my hair still looked good, just needed a little boost at the crown for some extra volume.

    Hershesons hair dryer, Almost Everything Cream, and round brush

    Oh my goodness, I can't believe how amazing my Christmas gift was this year! My partner treated me to the most fantastic hair dryer, Almost Everything Cream, and round brush from this store. I've got fine, wavy hair that always ends up looking frizzy, but not anymore! Thanks to these products, I'm able to achieve the smoothest blowout that lasts for days. What's more, I had a shoulder replacement a few years back and this hair dryer is so lightweight that I can finally style my hair without it causing me any shoulder pain. It was definitely worth every penny!

    I love the Hershesons straightener

    My straightening iron got damaged two months ago. It got burnt. I thought I would be able to repair it but was not able to. I needed a new straightener for my hair. I had to go to the salon every weekend to straighten my hair, which was quite stressful. I went through some online hair product stores and got to know about Hershesons. Their reviews were positive. I ordered my straightener from their store which was delivered without any fault. I have been using it for a while now with no complaints. I hope to order more products from the store soon for my hair.

    Zhoosh foam purchase

    I bought some Zhoosh foam recently and had a bit of a problem with it. I gave the can a good shake and heard the ballbearing inside, but when I tried to use it, it didn't come out like foam as it should've. It just turned into a watery liquid instead, which was a bit of a letdown and felt like a waste of money.

    Even so, I'm willing to try it one more time because the idea behind it interests me. I bought it on 17th December using PayPal under the name Linda Johnstone.

    I popped into Hershesons and picked up a really cool hairdryer along with some awesome hair products. Had a little issue with the hairdryer but they sorted it out super quickly and made me a happy customer. This hairdryer is hands down the best I've ever used and the hair products are absolutely amazing. Big thanks to Hershesons!

    I recently bought an e-voucher online from this shop, but had a lot of problems with the delivery. Even though the website said it could take up to 5 days, I ended up waiting for 10 days. I tried contacting Customer Support through email a few times, but never got a reply. When I tried to ask for a refund, they said my order number was wrong. I'm really let down by the bad customer service from this company online, especially since I've had good experiences in their actual shops. I won't be buying anything else online from them after this, it's been so frustrating.

    Almost anything Creme

    I absolutely love your Almost anything Creme for taming my unruly grey hair. However, my experience with customer service has been a nightmare. I've tried emailing and calling, but haven't received any help. The phone just cuts off after a few rings, leaving me feeling annoyed and with unanswered questions. I signed up for a discounted rate, but now I'm worried about when my next order will arrive. I can't even log in to check my orders because I forgot my password, and the password reset process is asking for my forgotten password. It's a frustrating cycle. I really need someone to get in touch with me soon, or else I'll have to take serious action with my bank.

    Blow dry at the Selfridges store

    I popped into Selfridges for a blow dry, and I have to say the ladies working there didn't seem very enthusiastic. They were more interested in getting my card details, even though I just wanted to pay there and then. Then they made me walk over to another desk to pay, which was a bit strange. The blow dry itself was decent enough, but I didn't exactly feel like I was getting the VIP treatment. I reckon Hershesons could definitely step it up a notch.

    I bought some hair products and I was really let down by the quality. They didn't do what they were supposed to and to make matters worse, the customer service was awful. It felt like we were dealing with a bunch of dodgy characters who just wanted to make some fast cash. My wife mistakenly signed up for a subscription and even after contacting them a few times, we didn't get any sympathy or support from the company. They could have easily cancelled the subscription and taken away the discount, but instead, they made us feel like we'd been ripped off and annoyed.

    I recently bought a Wavemaker from your online store, but unfortunately, I had a really bad experience with the customer service. I sent an email to your customer services team about my order on Monday, but I only got a reply on Wednesday saying that my order couldn't be fulfilled until the next Monday. I told them it was urgent because I'm leaving the UK for 3 months on the 15th and asked for next day delivery so that I could take it with me. However, I didn't hear back from anyone and I couldn't get through on the London phone number they gave. It's really disappointing how they didn't communicate with me properly and weren't available to help.

    Pump didn't work

    I was really looking forward to giving this thing a go, but when it arrived, the pump just wouldn't cooperate. I tried following the advice from customer service, like warming it up and pressing the tube, but no luck. Now I've got the hassle of sending it back - what a disappointment! After reading the comments here and on Facebook, it seems like faulty pumps are a widespread issue. It's such a shame - it could have been great, but now I'll never know!

    Air dry spray and Everything cream

    I bought the air dry spray and Everything cream after seeing them advertised on TV. The packaging made it sound like using them together would work wonders, so I thought I'd give them a go. But I was really let down by the results when I used them two days ago. My hair ended up feeling greasy and like straw, nothing like what was promised. I had to wash my hair straight away with my usual shampoo to sort it out. Not only did the products not work, but I also got loads of annoying sales emails from the company afterwards, which I've now blocked and marked as spam. All in all, a terrible experience with both the products and the way they were promoted.

    Hair colour appointment with Alexe

    I went to get my hair done at the Fitzrovia branch to see a top blonde hair colouring stylist. I had to fly in just for this appointment because they had such a great reputation. I booked the appointment well in advance and was really looking forward to it. But, unfortunately, it didn't turn out the way I hoped. The salon had a policy of taking credit card details for cancellations which was fine by me. However, a few days before my appointment, they told me I needed a patch test, which I wasn't told about earlier. I explained that I was only in town for a short time, so I wouldn't be able to do the patch test and have my hair done in the timeframe they needed. Despite that, they cancelled my appointment, and charged me a big cancellation fee without asking me. The customer service I got was really unhelpful, and I felt like they cared more about their policies than making sure I was happy. All in all, I left feeling let down and annoyed by the whole situation.

    Heavy hair product

    The hair product was really heavy for my fine hair, so I had to get in touch with the company to cancel my subscription. They said I had to receive 3 more deliveries before I could cancel, which wasn't made clear when I signed up. I'll definitely make sure to try before committing to a subscription next time.
