Online return, customer service, responsive
I had a bit of trouble with the online return portal, but luckily the customer service team was absolutely brilliant in helping me out. I dropped them an email explaining my issue, and was surprised to get a reply on the same day. The team sorted out the problem quickly, and I was able to return my item without any hassle. What I liked the most was the personal touch in their emails. You could tell there was a real person at the other end, not just a standard response. It made me feel valued as a customer and left a good impression on me. Overall, I was really impressed by the level of customer service they provided.
Dress and jumper
I bought a dress and jumper from this shop not long ago and I was really pleased with their customer service. I had a problem with the sizes and the customer service team sorted it out for me right away. They were really nice and quick in their responses, which made everything easy for me. I'm grateful for the way they handled my issue with so much care. All in all, I'm really impressed with the service I got and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.

I recently bought something for the first time and totally forgot to use a discount code when I was checking out. I quickly realised my error and got in touch with customer service. I was really impressed by how great the service was! The team replied to my email straight away and promised to refund the discount to my account. I was really impressed by how attentive and efficient they were - it left a really good impression on me.
Dress purchase
I bought a dress from the store recently and was really impressed with how good quality it was. But when I got it and tried it on, I realised it wasn't really my style so I decided to return it. Sorting out the return was super easy and the customer service team were so helpful. Even though I didn't end up keeping the dress, I'll definitely shop here again in the future because of how good my experience was.
Jumpsuits, trousers, and a dress.
I've just bought some jumpsuits, trousers, and a dress. The items were really good quality, made with lovely materials. But, I was a bit let down because the jumpsuits were too long in the crotch for me. I was really excited for the denim jumpsuit. Even so, I did keep a midi dress that I really liked.
Refund issue
I've had a problem with getting a refund for some items I sent back. Even though I was told they got the return nearly a month ago, I only got half of the money back that I should have. I've sent a few emails but haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing that they're not communicating properly and haven't given me the full refund.
Clothes
I had a really good shopping experience online the other day when I bought some clothes. I forgot to use a discount code at the checkout, so I got in touch with customer service to ask if they could still give me the discount. They ended up refunding me the discount without any fuss, which was a nice surprise. I was really impressed with their customer service in the end.
Refund assistance, new order
I had a problem with getting my refund after sending back something. It was really frustrating, but luckily I talked to Heather and she sorted it out quickly. I'm really grateful for her help, and now I've made a new order and hope everything goes more smoothly this time.
Returned items, processed quickly
I ordered some stuff and had to send it back. The last time I sent stuff back, it was a complete nightmare. This time, however, it was quick and easy, and they refunded my money without any hassle. Looks like they've improved their process, it's much better now.
Multiple dresses
I recently bought some dresses from this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality and design. I ended up keeping 4 of them but had to return 6 because they just didn't suit me, even though they were all really beautiful.

Recent order return delay
I've been a loyal customer of this company for quite some time now and I've always been happy with the quality of their clothing and their easy returns policy. However, my recent experience has really let me down. I sent back an item from my last order and it's been over 10 days but I still haven't got my refund. Even though I got an email saying my refund was sorted, the money still isn't back in my account. It's not on really and I'm feeling quite frustrated and let down by the service.
Lovely dresses, slow refund process
Initially, I was really pleased with the lovely dresses I bought from this store. They had unique designs and the quality was top-notch. But then things started going downhill when I had to ask for a refund on one of the items. I was told I would get my money back, but it's been nearly four weeks now and I'm still waiting for the refund to come through. This delay has left me feeling annoyed and let down.
Black midi dress
I bought a black midi dress from this brand not long ago, and honestly, I was so disappointed. The quality of the dress was really not great considering how much I paid for it. The material was way too thin and not very good quality, and the fit was just not flattering at all.
After I returned the dress on May 7th, they told me that my refund was being processed. But here we are weeks later, and I still haven't received my money back. I've tried sending loads of emails to customer service, but no one has got back to me at all. It's just really frustrating and disappointing, to be honest.

I bought some clothes from them but they went and cancelled my order! They told me they didn't have it in stock, but why did they even let me buy it in the first place?! And now they're refusing to give me my money back, it's been ages and I still haven't got it. This is just not fair at all, I swear I'm never buying from them again!

Online purchase of dresses and skirts.
I bought some dresses and skirts from this store online, but I had to send some stuff back. It's been more than 3 weeks since they got my return, but I still haven't got my money back. I've emailed them a few times but nobody's getting back to me. The customer service there is really bad, and I'm feeling very let down by the way they're handling things.
Overpriced clothing
The clothes I bought from this place were really rubbish. I only washed them once and they went all yucky, and the stitching started falling apart. I thought for how expensive they were, they'd be much better quality.
Clothing
I recently bought some clothes from Nobody's Child and I must say, the quality and style were great. However, I was a bit disappointed with the experience overall. Turns out, I could have got the same stuff for a lot less from places like M&S or John Lewis. Although I like supporting smaller businesses, the prices were just too high, especially when you add on the delivery costs. I ended up shelling out more than I needed to because the delivery fees were pretty steep - £6 for regular delivery and £8 for next day, and they didn't even deliver on time as promised.
