    I had a bit of trouble with the online return portal, but luckily the customer service team was absolutely brilliant in helping me out. I dropped them an email explaining my issue, and was surprised to get a reply on the same day. The team sorted out the problem quickly, and I was able to return my item without any hassle. What I liked the most was the personal touch in their emails. You could tell there was a real person at the other end, not just a standard response. It made me feel valued as a customer and left a good impression on me. Overall, I was really impressed by the level of customer service they provided.

But, I was a bit let down because the jumpsuits were too long in the crotch for me. I was really excited for the denim jumpsuit. Even so, I did keep a midi dress that I really liked.

    I've had a problem with getting a refund for some items I sent back. Even though I was told they got the return nearly a month ago, I only got half of the money back that I should have. I've sent a few emails but haven't heard anything back. It's really disappointing that they're not communicating properly and haven't given me the full refund.

    Recent order return delay

    I've been a loyal customer of this company for quite some time now and I've always been happy with the quality of their clothing and their easy returns policy. However, my recent experience has really let me down. I sent back an item from my last order and it's been over 10 days but I still haven't got my refund. Even though I got an email saying my refund was sorted, the money still isn't back in my account. It's not on really and I'm feeling quite frustrated and let down by the service.

    Lovely dresses, slow refund process

    Initially, I was really pleased with the lovely dresses I bought from this store. They had unique designs and the quality was top-notch. But then things started going downhill when I had to ask for a refund on one of the items. I was told I would get my money back, but it's been nearly four weeks now and I'm still waiting for the refund to come through. This delay has left me feeling annoyed and let down.

    I bought a black midi dress from this brand not long ago, and honestly, I was so disappointed. The quality of the dress was really not great considering how much I paid for it. The material was way too thin and not very good quality, and the fit was just not flattering at all.

    After I returned the dress on May 7th, they told me that my refund was being processed. But here we are weeks later, and I still haven't received my money back. I've tried sending loads of emails to customer service, but no one has got back to me at all. It's just really frustrating and disappointing, to be honest.

    This whole experience has left me feeling really let down. I'm definitely not going to buy anything from this company again in the future.

    I recently bought some clothes from Nobody's Child and I must say, the quality and style were great. However, I was a bit disappointed with the experience overall. Turns out, I could have got the same stuff for a lot less from places like M&S or John Lewis. Although I like supporting smaller businesses, the prices were just too high, especially when you add on the delivery costs. I ended up shelling out more than I needed to because the delivery fees were pretty steep - £6 for regular delivery and £8 for next day, and they didn't even deliver on time as promised.
