Really good engineer- polite, thorough and honest.
Some improvement needed in the booking of the service though- when scheduling in the boiler service, the person I spoke to was quite insistent I needed to pay up front for an additional £30 inhibitor treatment which wasn't needed when engineer reviewed it. There was little room to decline this service and I felt quite pressured into paying up front. Unnecessary.Dear,

I see the same engineer every year providing continuity to f service. The engineer Bret is professional, polite, knowledgeable and tidy. Always calls before arrival so as a landlady I’m not left waiting around in my tenant’s property. Great job

247 boiler cover is a really good company and strive to give the best possible service to the customer. The agents who ring are always really polite and explain everything really well. I don’t think you can get a better service for a better price!
