    ParcelZERO, AVOID! You have to pay them in advance and they are very efficient at taking your money. They do not tell you when the driver will collect from you, so you take a whole day off to wait for the driver at home. They have no practical means of communicating with them, they hide their contact information. You eventually find a "contact us" link but when you click on it, it takes you to a Q...A page, none of it relevant to your situation, its a joke! The courier driver then arrives BUT does not know how to read instructions so he/she leaves without collecting the parcel. I checked the tracking on their website every half hour but it says nothing about the driver EVER being there, I am not sure the tracking even works. There I am still waiting for the driver but apparently he/she had already come and gone. After searching the whole website, you eventually find the website's messaging system but you only get an answer the next day. "When is driver going to be here, its almost cut off time?". Answer, one day later, "we will have to look into that for you" then only to be told, "oh the driver did attempt delivery but no one was there." so you must pay a cancellation fee. They have GPS information they say proves the driver was there and yet there is no way to track the driver's progress on their website so you just have to guess, infuriating! AVOID this company, they will take your money without providing a service. They failed to deliver a service and yet now they are refusing a refund SO blatantly contravening The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

    ParcelHero Are Rubbish

    I posted a Motherboard through Parcel Hero to be repaired in Canada on the 19th of August 2022.
    Because the Motherboard had to be repaired I contacted HMRC Customs and Excise to get the appropriate numbers to exclude import and export duty
    Parcel Hero then sent it through Landmark Global who in turn sent it through the Canadian Post Office to Gigabyte Canada
    When the Canadian Post Office delivered it to Gigabyte Canada they tried to charge Gigabyte Canada $200 for some reason that Parcel Hero refused to tell me why?
    Gigabyte Canada refused to pay and at no point did Parcel Hero tell me that I had to pay this money or even what the $200 was for. I had already paid Parcel Hero that money to have the Motherboard delivered this was an additional fee.
    So from the 27th of August till the 10th of December, the motherboard was held in Canada and undelivered and unrepaired to Gigabyte Canada.
    I in the meantime had to buy another Motherboard for £850 because Parcel Hero cost my multiple businesses money due to them taking 4 months to return the unrepaired motherboard this, in turn, required me to spend £3,700 on new CPUs.
    Finally, I got the Motherboard back unrepaired and Parcel Hero then took more money off my credit card for the unrepaired and undelivered motherboard to be returned to my business.
    I will now have to resend the motherboard to get it repaired but definitely not through Parcel Hero.

    Finally managed to collect and deliver parcel after 7 failed attempts, then had the audacity to place a sur charge, 4 x cost of original postage, claiming overweight. I proved claim false with pictures and documented evidence from manufacturer of product, Parcel Hero then proceed to take charge from my card against my written will, then lied to credit card company claiming was part of original transaction.
    In short avoid at all costs unless you enjoy dealing with incompetent, lying sociopaths

    We were a long standing customer of parcel hero however, the recent service we have experienced has resulted in lost business. They are a third party and as such when items go missing you are left having to deal ith them rather than going directly to the carrier which we didn't realize. Our parcel was attempted to be redelviered back to us. We weren't even told it was coming back to us. Half the delivery was returned and we missed the second half. They only attempted twice. We weren't even told they were going to attempt to return t so we missed it. We then chased to find out how to get it delivered but Parcel Hero team took well over their promised 48 hour response time. 7 weeks later we were told that it was delivered to lost property and because we didn't get back to them they destroyed our valuable parcel leaving our business picking up the pieces. How can anyone claim a lost property item if they are not even told its actually in lost property!!!!!! Outrageous and expensive.

    Failed Collection - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    Absolute SCAM

    Failed to collect parcel on two occasions. Charged me to cancel the collection when they'd failed to provide the service I'd paid for, then lied about the fact that they'd chased the courier (UPS) who said that they'd attempted collection twice (they hadn't).

    I got a partial refund, but they still owe me more than £10 which I am never going to get back,

    Avoid at all costs.

    Absolute disgusting company, not only was I charged nearly £50 for a surcharge when I measured the parcel before sending and proved the length of an identical item to be 28cm shorter than I’m being told my item was. I then have an additional charge being taken from PayPal by parcelhero for a service they haven’t provided. Be very aware when you click to pay a surcharge you get double charge by this scam of a company. After 3 emails still not a since response from parcel hero, this is theft of funds and I will be contacting the police about this. AVOID AT ALL COST, PARCELS2GO.COM are a lot better company and do not steal from customers

    If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

    Terrible company. I did exactly what they say to do on line and they collected the parcel the following day as arranged. 2weeks later I have received an email asking for another 16quids. They say that my parcel was 48kgs!. It was 24 kgs when I checked it and the item specification says the same weight. I have followed their appeal service and provided evidence that they were wrong but simply told me to pay up. And when I asked for evidence that I broke the contract and did not enter the correct weight, they did not respond. Parcel Scam. Stay away from them.

    Same here! I had one parcel where they tried to extract excess payment for a totally made up volumetric dimensions. My second time I used them, they lost my package, worth £584, and refuse to pay compensation. AVOID

    AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
    Lie about delivery times. Quoted estimates delivery of 2 days, the courier DPD confirmed it is IMPOSSIBLE to delivery to Europe in 2 days, they quoted 3-5 days. ParcelHero refuses to correct their estimated delivery times so are lying to customers, promising a service that no courier can deliver. I took it up with “customer service”, nothing more than a bot spitting out scripted responses that don’t answer your question. No telephone number. No manager. No human. Don’t waste your money with these scammers. Please avoid this company at all costs!!!

    Spurious claims that our parcels are larger than we stated when booking - and then they take the additional charges from our card without authorisation. In 11 years of trading as a company this has never happened until we used ParcelHero - we use standard box sizes but they claim they've magically "grown" 2cm in each direction!! Is it fraud or incompetence? Well given their refusal to address the issue or pay any attention to photos of measurements and the standard box sizes, I assume it's deliberate as it would be simple to rectify if they wanted to. AVOID.

    This happened to me too. I used a standard sized bike box which appeared to have magically grown during transit. When I refused to pay the extra and sent them details of the bix I used, they took the money from my account anyway

    Was exceptionally precise with measurement and weight of parcel. Once delivered, receive invoice for additional £97 for a parcel that cost £37. Company provided no proof at any point of my parcel being 4 times bigger and 5 times heavier than declared. Absolute con merchants. Luckily I could supply proof of the measurements and weight via photo's and video's so their dishonest scam did not work with me. Shame on Fedex too for showing no interest in the situation and washing their hands of the matter altogether.

    I ordered next day delivery to my son in USA. The parcel was not collected ( The window was all day) . I did not receive a phone call or any reason it was not collected. Their phone number was unobtainable and on their web site it says if your parcel was not collected, reschedule or take it to a drop of point. I could have done this in the first place if that is what I wanted. This is now the next day, and although I emailed them to say what had happened I still haven't had a reply. No communication at all. I am now trying to recoup my money and have booked with DHL through Parcel2go. They have emailed and texted a 1 hour window to collect it and their tracking system is very clear. They seem comparatively amature. Steer clear of Parcelhero.

    We sent package from UK to Svk. Used make-up up as gift with insurance up to 50 GBP. My friend received to email to pay 21.50 EUR to get the package. How di they get the amount 21.50 ??? And it was sent as gift. As usual with scammes you are not able to call on any number to make complain.

    I measured and weighed my parcel, got a quote and sent it to USA. After it was delivered Parcelhero contacted me and told me they had checked the parcel and my dimensions were wrong, and they were going to charge me more. They had ABSOLUTELY NO PROOF they simply made up some dimensions and said that was what the parcel measured. If I wanted to dispute it, I had to send photos of the parcel with label being measured (because obviously I would have those). They could not provide the same, they just said thise were the measurements taken. I used their measurements to get another quote, and this came back as less than a third extra of what they wanted to charge. Despite my objections they just took the money from the card used initially without any authority from me

    Although collection and delivery seemed fine, I received a notification of additional charges a few weeks after the transaction. Parcel Hero claimed that the tent packed was over 3m long and heavier than I'd paid for. I got manufacturer confirmation of the weight. They claim UPS have billed them already but they refuse to send proof of this. Steer clear of Parcel Hero and go directly to the courier.

    Booking a parcel collection is quick and easy, parcels collected on time. Sadly after that cuts all downhill. I’ve sent 6 parcels from the U.K. to New York & Brisbane and none have arrived in or near their delivery date. The customer service is dire, automated responses, no weekend service, no help provided until the parcel is in Anne’s for at least 7 days. No refunds for very late delivery even if you’ve paid double for express delivery and your package arrives later than if you’d booked standard. No interaction on your behalf between parcelhero and the couriers in the destination country. From now on I’ll be booking directly with couriers.

    I booked a collection and drop off service last Feb 10, 2021, I received an Email on the 12th Feb saying that the package was already delivered to the receiver, on the 14th of Feb the receiver called me asking where is the package, so I was so confused as I received the delivered Notification email. I emailed the ParcelHero asking where is the package on the 14th Feb, and one guy responded to me saying that the package was sent to the Access point as the receiver is not home when they delivered it, also they are asking me to ask the receiver (CEO of a Company) to collect her own package, I asked them to redeliver it as I cannot ask the CEO to collect it. the reason for us to buy the service is the CEO cannot go out and collect it by herself. now its already March 1 and still I don't have any update about the package, one Guy named Yogesh Kumar a ParcelHero Customer Service emailed me telling

    I request you to wait for the delivery. If you do not want to wait, please ask the receiver to collection from the access point.

    Disgusting! Missold me their services! Sent 5 parcels to Russia at a price of £180 which got RETURNED saying I wasn’t supposed to send to private individual which I didn’t know about! To which they said I had to do my own research! Why on earth would I do a research when I am just posting a parcel?! I am not sending a rocket to the moon! So I am not getting my money back, getting a return charge (god only knows how much) and the parcels are still with me! Absolutely disguising! Plus 3 out of 5 parcels got damaged which I will have to re-package before I post them with a different company! Would not recommend! That’s a loss of more than £600 for me!

    STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN MONEY!!

    Worst courier company I have dealt with. Their customer services is appalling, they cannot answer simple questions asked. They just stick to the script, even saying things that are not relevant to the issue raised. If the rating had an option to give a negative number, I would have done so.
    They did not pick up my parcel on time, twice. They claim it was because it was after the cut off time. In both cases, they never bothered to contact us or send an email to explain the parcel would not be picked up as stated in their emails.

    Now they want to get money out of my account, without my permission, saying the audit of the parcel showed the weight was more. Their customer care is appalling. All they want is MONEY, they do not care about customer care.

    Do not use them, if you do so, you are doing so at your own risk and at the expense of your wellbeing too. I feel harassed, threatened, intimidated, tormented, distressed and bullied.

    STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THERE ARE OTHER COURIER COMPANIES MUCH BETTER THAN PARCELHERO!!!

    Beware the small print: billable weight and actual weight are not the same and this is not made clear on the website!!
    I have been asked to pay more than twice the original cost of the service due to estimating measurements!!

    Honestly, I was attracted to the price. We'd received a large item ordered on amazon, it arrived damaged and we were informed that we'd have to pay for it to be returned. Rather than be stuck with it we arranged to return it through Parcelhero and we were satisfied with the price and collection process. It was only when a day later we received a bill for £65 MORE that I realised my mistake in using this service.
    While Lewis has been most apologetic and polite it still seems that I am liable to pay in excess of £90 to return an unused item that was damaged in delivery to us.

    Send your parcel. Expect to receive an email a few days after delivery telling you your parcel weighs 4 times the declared weight/measures. Don't expect Parcelhero to provide proof of this - they never will. Expect to pay an additional sum of approx £100 if you have not got photographic evidence of your parcel being the correct dimensions. Prepare yourself for weeks of frustration trying to get any real help from Parcelhero. If you are happy to pay the additional £100 on a parcel that they told you would cost £37, then go ahead and use this thieving shambles of a company. They should be closed down. Absolute con merchants.
