As a customer of Plumbworld, I must say I was really impressed with their website. It was so easy to find all the info I needed to choose the right size radiators. The layout and navigation were spot on, making it a breeze to check out their selection and pick the one that suited me best.

My bathroom was in a mess after I returned from my trip. The sink fell off and broke and some pipes were badly damaged, too. I needed to get a plumber to come fix it however I know I needed to get plumbing accessories too. My plumber gave me a list of things to get and advised I shopped with Plumbworld. I ordered a sink and other plumbing supplies. It was delivered to me within 24 hours and the quality of the products was top-notch. I am satisfied with Plumbworld and I will shop with them again whenever i need any of the products that they sell. i recommend Plumbworld big brands, small prices to anyone looking to purchase bathroom products and plumbing accessories.
Replacement shower part
I had to get a replacement part for my shower, and the lady from customer support was really helpful with my order. The part arrived quickly, but it turned out that the design had changed since I bought my shower unit six years ago. This meant the replacement part was not compatible with my old unit. Despite this, Dan from customer support quickly assisted with a returns request and refunded the part I didn't need. I had to buy a new shower unit, which was frustrating after only six years. However, I must praise the excellent customer service at Plumbworld. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, making the whole process a pleasant experience.
Replacement parts purchase
I recently had a great experience talking to one of the customer service agents at this company, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the level of service I received. I was connected to the right person in just 2 minutes, and Shakeel was not only very helpful but also had a really nice attitude. In just a few minutes of chatting, Shakeel managed to sort out my problem quickly and effectively. He even went the extra mile by arranging for the replacement parts to be sent out straight away. I can't wait for the parts to arrive, and I have to say, this is what I call top-notch customer service.
Shower screen purchase
Buying the shower screen was easy, and it came in good condition. But getting it installed was a real challenge. Even though a skilled plumber put it in following the instructions, the screen started leaking badly soon after. It was so bad that the plumber had to try fitting it again. We haven't used the shower yet, hoping that the new silicone seal will stop any more leaks. Fingers crossed, but we won't be happy if it keeps leaking.
A sink
I ordered this sink and when it arrived, it was completely smashed! But you know what? The customer service team handled it incredibly well. Big shout out to Liam, he was on the phone with me as I sent him pictures of the broken sink and just like that, he sorted it out there and then. A new sink was on its way in a jiffy. Now that's what I call top-notch service!

I recently bought some items from Plumbworld and I must say, I'm really impressed with the whole thing. From ordering to delivery, everything went really smoothly and quickly. I found it really simple to attach the seat to my existing pipes because of the helpful drawing. The fact that the seat can be easily removed for cleaning and maintenance is a fantastic bonus. I bought a radiator cover from this company and I have to say I am really happy with it. It arrived quickly and was well wrapped to keep it safe during delivery. The instructions were easy to understand, but I did struggle a bit to put it together alone. I would suggest having someone to help with assembly. But once it was done, it looked great and hid the radiator nicely. It gave the room a more elegant and sophisticated look, and I am very pleased with how it turned out.
