A cracking day at SW19
brilliant seats, smooth entry, decent food — the Rosewater team (Alice, Megan and Johnny) looked after our table 43 properly. We didn't meet a former pro, but we did chat to the chef Marcus which was a nice surprise. Really glad we went, would've booked again — and I’ve already told friends.
A birthday surprise that actually worked
the drinks were a touch pricey and there was a short wait for the loos at half-time, but nothing that spoiled it. All in all it worked brilliantly for the birthday plan — would use them again. Actually, maybe I’ll book something similar for next year, if funds allow.
Annual Rose Garden booking
Visiting the Rose Garden with this company has become an annual tradition for us, and it's something we always anticipate with excitement. The consistent service they provide is a huge reason why we keep coming back year after year. From booking our visit to the actual day itself, everything is well-organised and we can rely on having a fantastic time. The staff are always so welcoming and ready to assist, which makes the whole experience hassle-free. We really value the thoroughness and high level of customer care we get from them.
Wimbledon tickets from Keith Prowse
I went to the Wimbledon Championships, which were organised really well by Keith Prowse. The food at The Lawn was amazing, the staff were so nice, and the tickets were brilliant. Had a really great day at Wimbledon overall.
Rugby event booking
I had a great time booking a rugby event with the customer service team. Gemma Scott was really lovely to work with, her knowledge and professionalism made everything run smoothly. The hospitality at the event was fantastic, and our guests were very impressed. Thanks so much!
Six Nations and other event bookings
I recently bought tickets for the Six Nations and other events using this service, and I have to say, Katy was brilliant to deal with. She was quick to respond, kept me informed, and made the booking process very easy. Before and after each event, Katy made sure everything was okay and even recommended future events for us to consider booking. Our guests and clients have always given great feedback, and I think it's all down to Katy's amazing customer service.
Rugby match tickets
I had a really great experience buying rugby match tickets. The staff were so helpful and really made the day special for me, considering everything that was going on. They even organised a meet and greet with a special guest, which was amazing and something I'll never forget.
Quick and reliable purchases
Wow, these guys are always there for me, especially when I need last-minute things. Eamon is great, always helping me with my wild requests. They're really professional and always follow up with me after the event to make sure everything went well.
Six Nations tickets with hospitality
I recently bought tickets for the Six Nations with hospitality, and I have to say, the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. Right from the start of my enquiry to the actual match day, the communication and service were excellent. The staff were so professional, always on time, and really friendly. They made everything run so smoothly and made sure we had a great time. My husband and two adult sons had an incredible day, all thanks to the amazing service from the team.
England v Ireland Guinness Six Nations
I went to the event with some friends and we had a really great time. The people from the company who organised everything did an amazing job, both before and during the event. I would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for a similar experience.
Eastbourne hospitality booking
I booked tickets for two days of Love Fifteen at Eastbourne and the communication beforehand was spot on. Getting the tickets was a piece of cake. The drinks at the event were amazing and we could even take them onto the courts. The staff were friendly, but it felt like they weren't talking to each other as we kept being asked the same questions repeatedly. The food was just okay, and it was disappointing that it was the same on the second day with smaller portions. Afternoon tea on the second day was a bit disappointing as well - only half a scone with cream and jam already on it. My friend pre-ordered a vegan meal but didn't receive what she requested. I also saw a staff member eating a dessert that I specifically said I didn't want. There were a few mistakes and most of the staff were trying hard, but overall, it was a bit of a letdown.
Wimbledon ticket purchase
The booking process was really easy, Gemma was so helpful with all my questions and special requests. The website was easy to use and had all the info I needed about tickets. When we got to the event, the Rosewater Pavilion had yummy food and drinks, and the staff were so nice and helpful. Our seats on Centre Court were great, we had an amazing time. Big thanks to everyone who made it such a special experience!
Corporate hospitality event tickets
I needed some corporate hospitality event tickets at short notice and I was really lucky to get help from a professional and efficient guy. Jacob Carter really saved the day when the hospitality I had organised fell through. He got in touch with me right away when four tickets became available and really saved the day for me and my clients. The hospitality at the event was fantastic and made the whole experience even better. I'm really grateful for Jacob's quick thinking and outstanding service that went beyond what I expected.
Excellent venue and facilities, Mediocre food
The venue and facilities were absolutely brilliant, I was really impressed. Although, I must say the food was a bit disappointing as it came out cold.
Organised, professional, great food, excellent experience
I went to this event and it was really well put together, the staff were so professional. Everything went without a hitch and I had a lovely time all round. The food they gave us was just delicious and made the whole experience even better.
Rugby match hospitality experience
I went to a rugby match at Lock No 4 in Twickenham for my wife's 40th birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Tom Kerridge, enjoyed some really top-notch food and drinks, and the staff provided us with fantastic service. Can't wait to go back again in the future.
Ticket booking for event
I recently booked tickets for an event with this company, and I have to say, the whole process was really straightforward thanks to the efficient service from the staff. Ross Deamer, the person I spoke to, was brilliant and made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end. He was really helpful, knew his stuff, and always on hand to help with any queries. The tickets came quickly and were exactly what I wanted. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely use this company again in the future.
Wimbledon experience
The Wimbledon experience was amazing! The whole atmosphere, with the lovely Lawn setting and outdoor patio, was just fantastic. The staff were really attentive, and the food was delicious. Using golf carts to get to and from Wimbledon was a nice extra touch that made the day even better. However, I was a bit let down by the seats in Centre Court, they were just alright. One thing they could improve on is offering transportation from the train station for those who need it, that would make things easier for everyone. It would have been great to have a more personal touch from the organisers, like meeting someone face-to-face to really make the experience special.
Wimbledon Court No.1 tickets for elderly mother
The tickets we got for my mum at Wimbledon Court No.1 were great. The seats were just right for her and she really loved it.
The company folks were all super nice, quick, and got things done. The only downside was the hospitality area, it was a bit of a trek to get there.
But all in all, we had an awesome time at the tennis and still talk about it.
