Spotted on a mate's feed, I hesitated; doubts eased, chilled atmosphere, nice
When it clicked
Standing in the Rosewater Pavilion, halfway through the final, I realised everything was sorted — Gemma had sorted the tickets and the little touches felt nice.
Calm and reliable
Was bracing for delays after other firms but Sophie handled everything calmly—super helpful on messages, quick delivery and kept me informed. Proper relief, I'd use her again soon.
Half-expected fuss
Oddly enough I spotted the service in a forum and nearly ignored it; mate nudged me to try Sophie Watson's team. I was unsure, but they sorted tickets, though response times wobbled (not instant).
Quietly satisfied
Started sceptical after past let-downs, but the day at Edgbaston on 4 July felt effortless. Sophie handled small hiccups, the Warwickshire Suite was comfortable and the hospitality was plain and solid — boss enjoyed it, I was overall quite satisfied.
Regular pick
First saw them at a mate's cricket match years ago and I told my sister about them after. Ticket delivery's been solid, never late, and customer service is straightforward and helpful. Made a few good nights out thanks to them, so I'm glad it worked out.
Mostly straightforward
Halfway through the second set I realised the day had been easier than I’d expected — booking from the US felt clunky at times, but ticket delivery and on‑site arrangements were solid. Sophie answered queries quickly; not everything was seamless and the price seemed a touch high, yet it did what I needed.
Sceptical at first
First I was sceptical — I'd been burned by other agents. Sophie calmly sorted it. She explained the booking step by step and helped me put down a deposit and secure Wimbledon 2026 tickets. She was patient and clear. I was surprised by how quick the replies were.
Mid-match realisation
Halfway through day two I noticed how relaxed we were — the suite seats were proper comfy actually, food decent and getting to the court was painless. Booked through Keith Prowse and Sophie Watson kept me posted, answering daft questions quickly. I've had worse with other companies, so really glad this went smoothly.
Mostly sorted and well fed
I booked with Beatrice and Keith Prowse for a day at Eastbourne Tennis this summer. First impressions were good — clear, prompt comms. On the day the hospitality felt genuine, nice food and relaxed seating; we were properly looked after. Only gripe was a slight delay in the programme, but overall I'd recommend them.
Surprisingly brilliant day
I honestly wondered if it was worth the fuss, tickets and extras felt a bit steep, but after a long week of work this proper day out was exactly what we needed. The organisation ran smoothly, Sophie in particular kept things easy, and the tennis really lived up to the hype. Pretty chuffed, will go again.
Right call in the end
We were juggling reasons to book – mum's bad back, a belated birthday and a previous dodgy booking – so I was nervous. Beatrice calmed me down, talked through options and when we ended up in the Tree House on Court 1 I relaxed. The view was better than expected, staff were attentive, and that moment I knew it had been actually worth the faff.
Nearly put it off, glad we didn't
I nearly scrapped the whole Wimbledon plan because it looked so fiddly online and we needed decent seats — my mum has bad knees, so I was nervous about getting it wrong. We were sceptical about using an agent, but Jon from Keith Prowse made it simple. He was patient, really patient, walked us through the options, and even replied to emails over the weekend to lock everything in. Still wary at first, but in the end I was properly relieved and happy.
Unexpectedly smooth day
comfy seats, decent grub and drinks (the Pimms was oddly the best surprise), and staff who actually pay attention. Gemma kept me updated by email and text, which made the whole day feel easy rather than faffy. Definitely worth a shout if you hate queues.
That moment in the sun
bottled water ran out on the Wednesday, so please keep that stocked. Big thanks to Sophie Watson and the team at Keith Prowse — I’ll definitely be back.
A cracking day at SW19
brilliant seats, smooth entry, decent food — the Rosewater team (Alice, Megan and Johnny) looked after our table 43 properly. We didn't meet a former pro, but we did chat to the chef Marcus which was a nice surprise. Really glad we went, would've booked again — and I’ve already told friends.
A birthday surprise that actually worked
the drinks were a touch pricey and there was a short wait for the loos at half-time, but nothing that spoiled it. All in all it worked brilliantly for the birthday plan — would use them again. Actually, maybe I’ll book something similar for next year, if funds allow.
Annual Rose Garden booking
Visiting the Rose Garden with this company has become an annual tradition for us, and it's something we always anticipate with excitement. The consistent service they provide is a huge reason why we keep coming back year after year. From booking our visit to the actual day itself, everything is well-organised and we can rely on having a fantastic time. The staff are always so welcoming and ready to assist, which makes the whole experience hassle-free. We really value the thoroughness and high level of customer care we get from them.
Wimbledon tickets from Keith Prowse
I went to the Wimbledon Championships, which were organised really well by Keith Prowse. The food at The Lawn was amazing, the staff were so nice, and the tickets were brilliant. Had a really great day at Wimbledon overall.
Rugby event booking
I had a great time booking a rugby event with the customer service team. Gemma Scott was really lovely to work with, her knowledge and professionalism made everything run smoothly. The hospitality at the event was fantastic, and our guests were very impressed. Thanks so much!
