Two-piece bikini order
I bought a two-piece bikini from this company, but only got the top piece delivered. When I contacted customer service to sort out getting the bottom piece or a refund, they completely ignored my requests. I tried reaching out to them a few times in a very polite and patient way, but my messages were just ignored. It's really not on to take someone's money and then only give them half of what they paid for. Customer service is a major part of any business, and the lack of care from this company is just not right. I actually work in the same industry, and I know that mistakes can happen, but it's how you handle them that matters the most. Running a business means owning up to mistakes and fixing things for the customer. Sadly, that didn't happen in this situation. I won't be buying from them again and I'll definitely be telling my friends about my bad experience.
Affordable prices and great discount codes
The prices at this shop are great for what you get, and they always seem to have discounts available which just adds to the savings. I'm really pleased with them. When I contacted customer service, they quickly refunded the order, but it still showed as declined on my bank statement. My bank said it was a processing issue on the seller's side and told me to give proof to the store to sort it out. However, when I spoke to the customer service team again, they weren't helpful and just kept saying I'd get the refund in 3-5 days. Even after showing them proof of the declined refund, they wouldn't do anything else to fix the problem. I'm really let down by their lack of help and urgency in sorting this out.
Next day delivery disaster
I ordered next day delivery but my order arrived 4 days late! It's totally useless to me now and doesn't even resemble the picture online. And now they expect me to pay to send it back when my order was delayed. I've tried reaching out to them twice with no reply, and they're not even providing me with the return barcode. I'll never order from this place again, it's such a joke!

I recently had a problem with my next day delivery purchase and I have to say that the customer service I got was really great. I couldn't get the premium service to work, so I messaged the company on Instagram and a lady called Lauren helped me out. She sorted my issue on the same day and did it very professionally. Lauren wasn't just helpful, she was also really nice and let me know that the service was no longer available. As a way of saying sorry for the trouble, she even offered me something as a goodwill gesture. Overall, I was super impressed with how the company handled things and I want to thank them for their help.
Unbelievable lack of communication
I recently bought some things online and it's been an absolute nightmare. I made my order on a certain date, never got a confirmation email, and after waiting for a few days with no news, I thought I'd play it safe and make the order again. But unbelievably, I still didn't get any confirmation email. And to make matters worse, both transactions appeared on my bank statement through PayPal. I've tried emailing for help, but I haven't heard back. The webchat option doesn't seem to be working either, so I'm feeling really frustrated and like I'm being ignored. What kind of service is this?
