The things I got from Layered Lounge were really lovely. They came quickly and were in perfect condition, just like they said on the website. The only downside was there was so much packaging. They used far too many boxes and paper which seemed like a waste. I get that fragile things need to be protected but this was too much. It didn't feel as friendly or environmentally conscious as some smaller interior companies I've used. Nevertheless, I'd definitely think about ordering from Layered Lounge again because their products are really beautiful.

It is Christmas I needed a place I could purchase quality decorations that are beautiful and fits the event. I had checked online stores I discovered the Layered Lounge offers one of the best stores to purchase my home decor. I made an order and it was delivered to me as earlier agreed. When I got my orders, it was quite beautiful to behold. We hung it at the various places in our home and it was very beautiful. We got a Christmas tree too which complement the total decoration. Lovely decor overall. I recommend it to so many friends that wish to order soon.

Wow, I can't believe the incredible floor lamp I found at this store! It's absolutely stunning and much higher quality than I thought it would be. I even got a 20% discount on my first order, which was amazing. Unfortunately, the lampshade came damaged, but the staff were incredibly helpful and sent me a new one the very next day. I'm so grateful for their outstanding service and quick resolution of the issue. I will definitely be a returning customer, especially with Christmas just around the corner!

Wrong and damaged item
I ordered something and it arrived completely wrong! One item was broken and the other was totally not what I was expecting. I tried to contact them by phone and email but no response at all, like what's going on? They claim they'll reply within a few hours but it's not happening. Now I have to figure out how to return these wrong items without any cost. I'm really frustrated with this company, definitely won't be shopping here again. If they continue to ignore me, I'll have to involve my bank.
