So, make sure to keep an eye on your orders and only keep what you actually want. In general, the products are great, just be careful with your purchases.

I've been trying to cancel my membership for ages now. The phone line is a nightmare to get through, waited for 25 minutes only to give up in frustration. Sending emails has been useless too, with no response at all. Even the chat function doesn't seem to work. Canceling is turning out to be a total nightmare.

VIP Membership
The VIP membership at this store is a total rip-off! The prices are way too high, and they sneakily charge you £39.95 every month without you even knowing. The website tricks you into signing up for the membership without explaining the terms properly, and trying to cancel it is a nightmare. You can only cancel between the 1st-5th of the month, and if you forget, too bad - you have to pay for another month. Plus, the prices change when you reach the checkout, which feels like a cheap move. I definitely won't be buying anything from here again.
Cute undies, but not in my size
I came across these adorable undies in the shop, but was gutted when they didn't have my size. The prices were decent though, so I might pop back later to see if they've restocked in my size.
Recent lingerie purchase
I was really let down by the lingerie I bought recently. The quality was quite poor, especially with the underwear. Each pair I got had frayed edges and the elastic kept coming apart. It seemed like the elastic wasn't even properly attached, as it would just come loose from wearing it regularly. The quality has definitely taken a nosedive compared to what it was a few years back. To be honest, I'll be cancelling my VIP membership.

I had a really easy and stress-free time shopping with this brand. I found exactly what I was after on their website and got a great deal because of their anniversary offer. I'm excited to wear my new stuff and will definitely shop with them again in the future.
Lace bralette and matching panties
The stuff they have in this shop is just amazing. I really like how they show their products on different body shapes, it gives me a good idea of how the lingerie will fit me. Although, I do reckon they could add more options for older customers. All in all, I had a lovely time shopping here and will definitely come back for more.

Be careful of VIP scams! Even though the lingerie was nice, my whole experience was spoiled by the dodgy VIP membership sign-up without permission. Watch out for unexpected charges! Dealing with customer service is a nightmare, as the phone lines are unhelpful and online chats have never-ending queues.
Bralette set
I bought this adorable bralette set, but it turned out to be an absolute disaster! I thought I could apply my credits to it, but no, I still ended up getting charged. And when I attempted to reach out to them, it was as if I was talking to a wall. They don't even allow you to use credits on sale items - what's the use of being a member then? And let's not even go into the sizing issue, it's always incorrect! Rihanna really needs to tackle this issue right away!
Couldn't pay during 1-hour sale
I was trying to get some really cool stuff during that one-hour sale, but the website just wouldn't let me make a payment! By the time I eventually managed to pay, the sale had finished and I had to pay the full price. It was really frustrating, you know!
My snugly underwear
I was really looking forward to getting some new undies from here because my mum said they're cute and comfy. I went onto the website and it said there was supposed to be free delivery, but in the end, I got charged for delivery, so I was a bit disappointed. But the undies are really soft and nice, so I suppose it's fine.
