Medication delivery service
I've been having trouble with local pharmacies not always having all of my medications in stock, leading to lots of back and forth trips. As someone with disabilities, this was really stressful until I found out about your medication delivery service. I have to say, I'm really impressed with how well your team works. The delivery drivers are not just fast, but also polite and professional. I also spoke with your team over the phone at the Washwood Heath location, and they were incredibly helpful. Thanks to your service, getting my medication has become much easier and less stressful. I'm really grateful for the outstanding service your team provides.

Ordered, not received
I've had a similar experience to lots of others here. I put in an order and after 6 working days, I had to follow up with them via email. It's now been 8 working days and even though I've sent 3 emails, I haven't had any response. The customer service is really bad and unprofessional. I would definitely recommend not buying from this company as they don't seem trustworthy or dependable.

I placed my order and it arrived really fast. The prices were great, and the delivery was quick. The communication was also good. I did have a slight issue with the postage charge not realising my order was over the free threshold, but they provided me with an extra discount code to sort it out. All in all, I was really pleased with the service and will certainly use them again.
Lateral flow tests - nasal swab only
I recently ordered these lateral flow tests that required a nasal swab from iPharm. The process of ordering was really smooth and easy, and I managed to find just what I needed at a fair price. They dealt with my order quickly and efficiently, and I got my tests pretty quickly too. All in all, I was very happy with the service and I will definitely be ordering from iPharm again.
Phenergan order
I can't really complain about how easy it was to order, but they did seem to ask quite a few questions. It's probably a good thing they're trying to make sure you get the right product. The delivery was fast, although the prices were a bit high. It's not a deal-breaker for me, though.
Medicine
I always make sure to pick up my medicine on time from iPharm and sometimes they even throw in some free lollies as a little treat. Their service is absolutely top-notch and the prices are fair. A big shoutout to Mr M McGarry for really going above and beyond with his work.
Small but crucial order placed 6 days ago
I made a small but important order about a week ago and I haven't heard anything about when it will be sent or delivered, other than the confirmation. I emailed asking for an update but got no response. When I tried calling them, they put me on hold and then nothing. Their communication and organisation is terrible. Being in the pharmaceutical industry, they should be held responsible by the trading standards authority.
Express postage order not received
I ordered express postage two weeks ago, but it hasn't arrived yet. When I got in touch with the company last week to ask about my order, they said it hadn't been delivered. I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. However, I'm disappointed because I haven't received either the order or the refund.
Prescription medication

I ordered item number 39708 and got an email confirming it, but it's been a week now and my order still hasn't been sent out. I've tried calling and emailing iPharm several times, but I haven't heard anything back. It's making me question if their business is actually legit.
Unreliable service
What a complete joke! It's been nearly two weeks since I placed my order and still no sign of it. No dispatch email, no responses to my messages - just total silence. I ended up having to get my bank involved to sort out a refund since they couldn't be bothered to deal with it.
