Cable repair by engineer
I had a bit of trouble with the cable outside my house because of the bad weather. I got in touch with the service provider and they sent a guy called Fred Hazel from the community fibre team to sort it out. Fred was really good at his job and he managed to fix the problem in no time. He not only fixed the loose cable but also checked the signal quality and found a tiny break that was causing the signal to drop. By fixing the cable and making sure the signal was strong, Fred sorted everything out perfectly. I was really happy with the work Fred did and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with their cables.
Fibre internet installation
I recently had some technicians come to my house and they provided me with outstanding service. Although Team #1 initially faced some challenges with the installation, they quickly realised the issue and sent Team #2 (Jon and Damien) to fix it. Jon and Damien sorted out all the installation problems and managed to lay the fibre cable from the street pole to my house efficiently. Soon after, Liam, the fibre connections expert, came and smoothly completed all the internal connections, giving me an amazing 1Gbps internet speed in my home. I am extremely impressed and thankful for the fantastic work done by Jon, Damien, and Liam.
Fibre Internet Purchase
I recently got fibre internet from a provider and so far, it's been okay. The installation went well and the prices seemed fair. The connection has been pretty stable, but it did drop a couple of times, but came back quickly after a reboot. I was told I would get a £100 Amazon voucher as part of a deal, but I haven't heard anything about it yet. Also, someone from the company called me and mentioned something about a "fibre community", but I couldn't really understand what they were talking about. This lack of communication has left me feeling a bit uncertain and annoyed.

I had fibre optic broadband installed recently by a company, and I have to say I was really impressed with the service. The guys who did the installation, Andrew J and his colleague, were spot on - they arrived on time, were very professional, and kept me in the loop throughout. They made sure the cables were neatly and discreetly run without me even having to ask. The cost of the service was fair, and I've had good experiences with their customer support in the past when I've had technical problems. I hope they can keep up the good work and reasonable prices in the future.
Switched from overpriced provider
Tired of BT raising prices and not fulfilling their promises of faster speeds, I decided to switch to Community Fibre after hearing good things. It's been great - not only am I saving money, but the internet speed is fantastic. Don from technical support was also really helpful and quickly fixed any problems I had.
Installation process with technicians
I recently had some technicians round to install fibre optic broadband at my place. Even though the outside insulation made it a bit tricky, they knew their stuff and got it done in no time. They were really quick and efficient. They also helped me set up my home network and now the speed is great.

Today, Zack came and installed our new broadband system. I really appreciate the great service he gave us. It was a big deal for us to switch from our old provider after 25 years, but Zack made it all easy and stress-free. He not only did a great job setting everything up, but he was also patient, asked all the right questions, and had excellent problem-solving skills. Fast and reliable broadband
The broadband speed is amazing. I've only been with them for 13 days but I have absolutely no complaints. I switched from Virgin where the broadband was pretty much non-existent, and I'm really happy that I made the switch. The engineer, Dan, who came to install the broadband was really helpful. He explained everything he was going to do, cleaned up after himself, and overall provided a fantastic service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of fast and reliable broadband.

I had a really great experience with a customer service rep called Chyna - she was just amazing. Chyna was super helpful, really patient, and always went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to make a good choice. She made sure to keep checking in with me to see if I had any more questions or needed a hand, which made me feel looked after the whole way through. Quick fibre setup
I got my fibre broadband set up really quickly thanks to the brilliant operator! Max was so friendly and knew exactly what to do to sort things out. It felt like he was a hero coming to the rescue. I reckon Community Fibre should have more operators like Max to ensure everyone gets the top-notch service. I definitely think Max deserves a promotion because he's just that excellent.
Sorted out my login issue and cancelled unwanted TV package
I had a bit of trouble logging in and ended up with a TV package I didn't want. Luckily, there was this really helpful person who helped me out. They sorted my login problem and made sure to cancel that annoying TV package I never signed up for. I'm just waiting to see if everything is all sorted now.

I had to give them a call about this really tricky billing problem and spoke to a lovely agent called Kat. She was so polite and really respectful, explaining the whole situation in a way that made sense. To make things right after all the confusion with the billing, she even offered me a discount on my next two bills, which I thought was really nice of her.

So, you know, there was this really cool guy who came round to my grandparents' place to chat about changing their phone and internet stuff. 12mb internet package
My experience with the internet service from this company was really disappointing. I signed up for the 12mb internet package, but the speed was not as fast as they said it would be. When I called customer service to complain, they just said it would take a day or two for the system to work properly. I didn't understand why it needed time to "settle in" and asked what that meant, but they just kept saying the same thing.
