I recently had to rearrange the dates for my holiday delivery from Mcqueens Dairies. Even though I did it online, I thought I'd give them a ring just to double-check. The lady who picked up the phone was really nice and took the time to confirm the new dates for me. I've been with Mcqueens Dairies since the start of the pandemic and I must say, I've been really happy with the reliable service they provide. I used to get doorstep deliveries for years until that stopped, but Mcqueens Dairies saved the day by making sure I always have milk in the house!

The milk always arrives punctually and bright and early in the morning, which is fab because then I've got fresh, icy milk for me cereal. I am really disappointed with the service I got from this company. It was a nightmare! They kept calling me constantly just to set up a direct debit, and when my order finally came, it was all wrong - I wanted a 1 litre bottle twice a week, but they sent a 2 litre bottle once a week instead. When I tried to cancel my order over email, they told me to call them, and then I got passed around different people and put on hold for ages. They even charged me for a "free" sample! The milk went off before the expiration date, even though I stored it correctly. It was a real hassle.

I've been getting woken up at 3 am every week for the last three weeks by the delivery driver. I asked them to deliver to the back door quietly and to leave an empty box at the back gate, but they kept ignoring my requests. Customer service said they would sort it out, but nothing changed.
